Let it wag app was founded in 2018 and since the starting phase was the core app development and the rescue system to be placed in its right order, the proud claim of it being one of a kind mobile app still stands true since the inception thought of our founders. The issue of no tool, helpline or system in the world which could solve any emergency system was the core problem and for that, we had to build a robust idea to help create an application which can focus on emergency rescue system which was never seen before.
Whenever anyone used to search on Google about Animal Rescue, Vets, NGOs or any helplines, the results were always about the highest SEO based or Ads based or websites of helplines which were far from the current location of the person searching and the key to emergency rescue is the distance of the help from the case location. Focusing on a hyperlocal system of 5 km from the point of the case has been the most iconic part of Let it wag app. Once someone uploads a case on the app, a notification goes to every user in that 5 km area as well as the person can search for all NGOs, Vets, Ambulances, and helplines in that 5 km area from the site of the case. This has lead to an extremely fast case management system compared to any NGOs or helplines in the world as there is no way anyone could connect to anyone in the hyperlocal space.
The biggest challenges have been the awareness and we are thankful to many spaces who talked about our app and helped us spread the word, but the bigger spread has happened through the user-generated testimony and word of mouth as the product succeded in solving so many cases and that made the users confident about the mobile app and that led us the strongest growth of crossing 15000 downloads in over 1.5 years. Without any promotions, Let it wag app has reached this milestone through the proud animal lover community we have built inside the app and on all our social channels.
